St Mellon’s Hotel offers several unique conference spaces which are designed to suit a diverse variety of needs and requirements. The beautiful ballroom has been refurbished and can cater for up to 220 delegates. The Adam Room is tailored for small, more intimate events for up to 10 guests. Our prestigious library offers guests a light airy room with high ceilings and a stunning ornate balcony which is accessed through large French doors and can host up to 60 people.

The hotel boasts an exceptional staffing team, who can help with any requirements. The team are unobtrusive and can handle every detail of your event to ensure you are satisfied. We want to always exceed your expectations. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The Adam Room

This is the smallest of our conference rooms and is situated at the front of the hotel overlooking the lawns and gardens. Comfortably seats up to 12 delegates around an oval boardroom table. Refreshments can be taken in the cocktail bar and lounge.

The Library

Beautifully decorated the old Library is a popular room for the smaller meeting for training courses. Can be set up in several ways.

The Ballroom

This elegant Ballroom looks back to the 19th Century where society mingled under the twinkling chandeliers either for dancing or conferences. Ideal for hosting larger conferences and presentations the room can seat up to 220 theatre or 100 cabaret style.

The Worcester Room

This room is a section of the Ballroom with its own entrance, cloakroom and bar and can be set up as a meeting room in its own right or, by removing the folding wall, opens up into the whole Ballroom.

The St Mellon’s Hotel offers an elegant and relaxed venue for all your business needs. Our four comfortable suites, each with wi-fi, have large Victorian windows overlooking the gardens. Two of the rooms have recently been redecorated to executive boardroom standard and our comfortable bar area for pre-meal beverages or drinks can also host meals taken from the snack menu.

Alternatively, for a slightly more leisurely lunch, the Henry Webb Restaurant can speedily provide a hot or cold buffet or served meals. After a full day’s work, our fantastic spa and leisure centre provides guests with an opportunity to wind down, and if time permits perhaps play nine holes of Golf at St Mellon’s Golf Club; just 200 yds down the road.
